Coordinating trades, supervisors, and foremen 
Driving programme and site productivity 
Ensuring safety, quality, and delivery targets are met 
Managing projects from excavation/basement stage through to handover 
Maintaining strong communication with project teams and stakeholders 
 Proven experience delivering units, townhouses, or multi-residential projects 
Successfully managed projects from basement to completion 
Strong experience overseeing trades, foremen, and site supervisors 
Solid understanding of local construction processes and subcontractor networks 
Previous experience working within the Brisbane or Gold Coast market 
Must have QBCC license and own vehicle  
Strong pipeline of upcoming projects and long-term stability 
Opportunity to run your own projects and lead from the front
