Proven experience managing residential building projects 
Strong knowledge of construction processes, site coordination, and quality control 
Ability to manage subcontractors, labour, and project timelines effectively 
Excellent leadership and communication skills 
Strong understanding of health & safety regulations 
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines 
Valid drivers licence essential 
Key Responsibilities:  
Full on-site management of residential developments 
Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers 
Monitor project progress, quality, and programme timelines 
Ensure health & safety compliance on site 
Conduct site meetings and reporting 
Manage site staff and daily operations
