This is an excellent opportunity to work on a high-profile Social Housing Decarbonisation Fund (SHDF) project, delivering energy efficiency upgrades across scattered properties under a long-term contract with L&Q.

The Role

As Site Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day delivery of planned maintenance works across multiple occupied residential properties. You will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
