We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to take the lead on an upcoming project in Plymouth. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well‑established contractor on a design & build scheme. The initial phase will be refurbishment of an industrial building with a further phase of new build.

As Site Manager, you will be responsible for the day‑to‑day management of the project, ensuring delivery to programme, budget, and quality standards. This role requires a strong technical background and the ability to manage both refurbishment and new build elements.

• Managing and coordinating subcontractors and the wider supply chain
• Ensuring health & safety compliance across site
