We are hiring a Senior Operations Leader to lead on‑site operations for our mail-order pharmacy. This is a critical, early leadership role responsible for stabilizing and scaling a growing facility and team, building operational rigor, and preparing the site for expansion, including a transition to a new facility.
This is the first dedicated on‑site operations leadership role in the building. You will own day-to-day execution while driving cross‑functional initiatives across safety, compliance, processes, and infrastructure. This is a hands‑on operator role: you’ll build systems, solve problems in real time, and help transform a developing site into a high‑performing, scalable operation.
