Upkeep of office administrative facilities and ensure availability of daily miscellaneous requirements to provide harmonious work culture of the employees
Office Facilities Management
Coordinates environmental/ pest control schedules and requirements
Coordinate electrical requirements and concerns
Coordinates repair requests, maintenance & replacement of office equipment's, appliances, furniture, furnishings, pantry and other office/ housekeeping requirements
Coordinate with building admin for office requirements and requests
Secures gate pass approval
Acting as Info-Hub for providing administration related information
