End Users Support

• Work with global IT service team to provide onsite technical support to end users.
• Manage and maintain end user’s hardware and software, ensuring end user devices and software are up‑to‑date with the latest patches and updates.

System Installation and Configuration

• Install, configure, and maintain office IT systems, such as PCs, mobiles, servers, networks, and software applications.
• Provide technical support for system upgrades and migrations.

Troubleshooting and Problem Resolution

• Diagnose and resolve IT‑related issues promptly to minimize downtime and disruptions.
• Implement preventative maintenance measures to reduce the occurrence of IT issues.
