+ Serve as the primary IT business partner and single point of contact for plant and tech center leadership, ensuring clear ownership and accountability for all site IT matters.
+ Represent the full scope of enterprise IT services at the site and coordinate with regional/global IT teams to align IT priorities with business needs.
+ Lead the local digital and IT roadmap in alignment with regional roadmaps, enterprise strategies, and global IT governance standards.
+ Provide site leadership with clear visibility into IT priorities, service performance, risks, and improvement actions through data, dashboards, and AI-enabled insights.
