Site HSE Manager

Location: Abu Dhabi
Project: PMC EPC project

Experience Required

• Minimum 12–15 years experience in HSE for construction, fabrication, installation, and/or commissioning projects in oil & gas or petrochemical industries.
• At least 5 years in a lead HSE position managing a team of HSE professionals.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a specialist HSE role.
• NEBOSH IGC or equivalent (subject to approval by ADNOC Group).
• Other HSE certifications (considered at ADNOC Group discretion) – mandatory.
• Lead auditor for ISO 45001/ISO 14001 or equivalent.
• Incident investigation technique.
• Additional HSE trainings or certifications will be an advantage.
• Experience with ADNOC EPC Mega Projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is required.
