Responsibilities include:

1. Suggest as many suitable store locations as possible according to the parameters specified by the company.
2. Search in the area defined by the Expansion Manager he reports to.
3. Find out the contact details of the landlord and contact him directly.
4. Gather important information prior to proposal.
5. Confirm available documentation of the property.
6. Report any other important matters and incidents to the Expansion Manager as soon as possible.
7. Perform other related tasks as may be assigned from time to time.
