Supervise projects onsite ensuring work adhere to safety regulations, work schedule and progress and quality.
Monitoring and reporting of work progress.
Able to coordinate with workers and other Contractors on site.
Ability to resolve technical and engineering problems.
Providing technical advice and suggestions for improvement on projects.
Excellent at reading and understanding construction detail, plan and elevation drawings
Ensure all project documentation (progress reports, progress claims, daily reports, site diary, QA/QC report etc.) are submitted and follow up to ensure collection of approved documents in a timely manner.
Any Ad-hoc duties assigned.
