            Responsibilities Oversee daily site operations, including monitoring work progress, planning, and implementation in line with the master and detailed work schedules. 
Coordinate with all subcontractors to resolve site and quality-related issues efficiently. 
Review construction drawings and identify any discrepancies for timely resolution. 
Ensure all work meets the required quality standards and complies with project specifications. 
Supervise and coordinate the activities of subcontractors and site foremen to ensure smooth workflow. 
Manage and facilitate inspections for Civil and Structural works in coordination with relevant stakeholders. 
Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Building, or a related discipline. 
Minimum 1 years of relevant experience in the construction industry. 
Able to work independently with strong problem-solving abilities.
