Oversees construction work from initiation through handover,
Performs daily site inspections
Coordinates materials and equipment
Delivers technical guidance, prepares inspection and completion report
Manages warranty inspections and provide corrective actions.
Job Requirements:
Must be a Licensed Civil Engineer
At least 2 years work experience into Housing Construction, Residential Development, Housing Development, Residential Housing Project, Residential Community or Residential Estate.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office and software programs such as AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
Willing and able to travel to any sites - Marikina and Rizal Areas
