            Key Responsibilities: 
Supervise and execute all electrical works at the solar plant site.
Install and commission solar modules, string/DC cabling, and connectors.
Manage AC cabling, HT/LT cable laying, and termination works.
Supervise installation of BESS system, PCS, inverters, PCC/MCC panels, SCADA panels, and UPS systems.
Oversee transformer installation, earthing pits, and surge protection systems.
Ensure proper installation of string combiner boxes and junction boxes.
Monitor cable routing, tagging, dressing, and conduit/HDPE pipe installations.
Carry out testing of electrical equipment—IR test, continuity test, Hi-Pot (if required), earth resistance, etc.
Maintain DPR, checklists, QA/QC records, and measurement sheets.
