Position Summary:

The Site Director leads all operations for the Ohio Illumynt Campus, overseeing two facilities totaling nearly 200,000 square feet of production space located at 2553 and 2663 Global Court. This role is responsible for building, developing, and leading a high-performing operations team while driving accountability across all Columbus site activities. The Site Director establishes and executes production strategies, sets clear performance targets, and ensures disciplined execution to consistently meet or exceed operational goals.

In close partnership with internal stakeholders, the Site Director plans, directs, and optimizes all operational workflows to maximize throughput, efficiency, and quality.
