Point of contact for clients and other engaged third-parties (e.g., subcontractors).
Overseeing, planning, and executing requirements, which include Yard Management.
Developing and maintaining production schedules ensuring sufficient supply to relevant production.
Resolve operational issues with customers and operations team.
Coordinating between departments (e.g., Production, Quality, Safety, Maintenance, and Logistics).
Planning & managing of manpower and materials supply schedule based on demand requirement, material availability, and production capacity (labour, equipment and resources).
Monitoring and maintaining on site performance and addressing deviations.
Communicating with suppliers, contractors, internal logistics team and managing inventory levels to avoid disruptions.
