Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with our company and outside truck teams and ensure all company goods are promptly delivered.
  • Ensure that site has sufficient stocks for delivery and coordinate with relevant team to arrange for re-stock.
  • Assist manager in managing site workers, including truck drivers, wheel loader/excavator operators and general workers.
  • Coordinate with personnel involved with vessel / barge shipments coming in port.
  • Ensure all processes of incoming shipments are taken care of.
  • Assess truck repairs and maintenance needed for our trucks and equipment (wheel loader / excavator),
  • Require going on-board Mother vessels / barges to inspect goods before discharging and handle other matters as per requirement.
