Oversees all aspects of financial reporting and control environment by ensuring compliance with Methode financial policies and procedures
Develops and maintains timely and accurate financial statements in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP). Analyses monthly results. Updates forecasts monthly.
Develops and is responsible for the unit’s budgeting process
Develops processes to analyze manufacturing operations, guiding operational leadership to areas of opportunities to drive profitable growth and inventory improvements
Monitors cost variances and facilitates root cause/corrective action process within the site
Develops accurate and reliable standard costs to assist quoting of new business | sets accurate benchmark for continuous improvement opportunities
Monitors inventory values, obsolescence calculation and stock counting
