Demonstrate leadership and commitment to safety. Actively implement and promote the project HSE program. 
Encourage and motivate the site team (KVI and contractors) to work safely. 
Responsible for the safety of the KVI site team and the safety performance of contractors under his control 
Represents Kanadevia Inova towards business partners 
Management of Supervisor functions in the team 
Reporting and Deputizingthe Site Manager 
Monitoring of Construction schedule and elaboration and implementation of remedy measures in case of deviations 
Review of construction progress 
Monitors elaboration and provision of construction preparation documents concepts 
Monitors detail construction planning done by supervisors and subcontractors
