Must be a graduate with a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
Must be a licensed civil engineer
Must have experience of at least four (4) to five (5) years with mixed-use/corporate office projects as a contractor or construction project management.
Knowledgeable with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
With experience in structural foundations (mat footing, pile driving), superstructure, and overall structural works.
Must have experience in structural concreting and rebar works
Must have experience with estimation and billing evaluation
Knowledgeable with local code
Able to communicate professionally and efficiently in both spoken and written formats.
Must be willing to be assigned within Metro Manila with or without barracks
