Overview

Join Ward 2 at Weston Park Cancer Centre. This role offers an opportunity to lead with compassion, develop as a senior nurse, influence service development, work with skilled colleagues, and deliver person‑centred cancer care.

Main duties of the job

Working closely with the Ward Manager, Matron and Sisters, the successful candidate will support the leadership, management and ongoing development of Ward 2, ensuring our patients consistently receive the highest standards of care. Responsibilities include:

• Support and lead nursing teams within a fast‑paced specialist environment.
• Deliver and coordinate outstanding patient‑centred care.
