Job Description:
1. Role Summary
The Oracle Communications Cloud Application Server (OCCAS) SIP Developer designs, builds, and operates SIP-based applications within the OMNIChannel platform, focusing on session management, SIP routing, SIPREC recording flows, and integrations across SBCs, Amazon Connect, and AI-driven systems.
This role is responsible for end-to-end lifecycle delivery—from SIP application development through production operations—ensuring high availability, scalability, and compliance of enterprise voice and recording platforms.
