About the role

Do you have a good experience of working with children with disabilities and complex needs? Are you passionate about ensuring all children can achieve their full potential? Do you have management experience?

The Stephen Wiltshire Centre is a specialist Family Hub that provide Short Breaks to children with disabilities and complex needs in London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham. We provide after school sessions, weekend Short Breaks and Holiday Provision for children and young people aged 8-18 with a range of needs. We run Play and Stays for children with additional needs aged 0-8. We also provide Outreach in the Community for some children, as part of their Short Breaks packages.
