Shop Supervisor

5 Dunlop Crescent, Renfrew, PA4 8PQ

15 hours per week (including weekends on rota) – fixed term contract.

£12.79 per hour plus reward and benefits scheme.

We are looking for a Shop Supervisor with retail experience and strong customer service skills to support the Renfrew shop and help drive sales while providing support to the community.

Responsibilities

• Use retail experience to help drive business, push sales, and achieve targets.
• Lead a team to deliver great customer service to donors and customers.
• Work with the local community to generate donated stock.
• Recruit, train and retain a volunteer team, providing leadership and guidance.
• Set high standards of merchandising and housekeeping, ensuring health and safety is a priority.
• Manage effective stock processes to keep the shop well merchandised with fresh seasonal stock.
