Job Title: Shop Mechanic

Job Description

The Shop Mechanic disassembles, repairs, assembles, and verifies the quality of complex mechanical equipment. This role requires strong mechanical aptitude, independent judgment, and a consistent focus on safety, quality, and productivity while working on a wide range of industrial and mobile equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical disassembly and reassembly of equipment with complex functions, using independent judgment to ensure proper fit and operation.
• Tear down and rebuild a variety of used industrial equipment from start to finish.
• Learn products through self-study, hands-on experience, and guidance from the shop leadership team.
• Assist in all aspects of the rebuild and refurbishment process, including inspection, repair, and final assembly.
