Position Summary

:

The Shop Mechanic 1 at MGB Manufacturing, LLC is responsible for performing maintenance and repair tasks on machinery, equipment, and vehicles within the shop. This role requires an individual with basic mechanical skills who can assist with inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs under the supervision of more experienced mechanics. The Shop Mechanic 1 plays a critical role in ensuring the proper functioning and safety of all equipment used in manufacturing processes.


Key Roles / Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and minor repairs on manufacturing equipment, tools, and vehicles.

  • Assist in diagnosing mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues in various equipment.

  • Replace worn-out or defective parts and components such as hoses, belts, filters, etc.
