            Principal Responsibilities Lead and oversee all shipping operations to ensure smooth, timely, and accurate delivery of finished goods and materials. 
Drive productivity and process improvements while maintaining inventory accuracy and fostering a well‑trained, motivated shipping team. 
Guarantee the final step of the supply chain meets delivery standards in time, form and quantity. 
What You Will Do Lead and coordinate shipping operations across shifts, ensuring fluid workflow and adherence to company policies. 
Develop and implement performance metrics to monitor and improve shipping processes and warehouse space utilization. 
Collaborate with Traffic and Customs teams to ensure on‑time delivery to customers. 
Oversee finished goods receiving, put‑away, inventory accuracy, and shipment processes.
