Shipping

• Perform Shipping duties in terms of Receiving and Shipment inventory and non-inventories items.
• Process and generate documents for incoming and outgoing shipments in compliance with company procedure and trade compliance requirement.
• Knowledge on trade compliance (Singapore and Flex Trade policy)
• Manage a team of Warehouse Assistant and Shipping Coordinators.
• Perform and organize general administrative duties
• Handle basic correspondence and communication with internal Program Admin/Manager/Production
• Handle basic correspondence and communication with external Freight forwarder / Customers(if required)
• Provide excellent and timely request for internal issue related to cargo status
• Perform stock check inventory
• Preparation of weekly/monthly Department Reports
