Role Overview We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Shipping Executive / Shipping Assistant to join our logistics team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating end-to-end shipment activities, ensuring accurate documentation, and supporting warehouse operations to facilitate smooth and timely dispatch of goods.
Key Responsibilities - Shipment Coordination & Processing
- Arrange and coordinate both local and international shipments.
- Liaise with freight forwarders, carriers, shipping lines, couriers, and transport providers.
- Schedule pickups, deliveries, and shipment timelines.
- Monitor shipment progress and proactively resolve delays or delivery issues.
- Documentation & Compliance
- Prepare and verify shipping documents including:
- Bill of Lading (B/L)
- Commercial Invoice
- Packing List
