            Key Responsibilities  Handle air import & export shipments  and prepare shipping documents (AWB, invoice, packing list, permits) 
Submit import/export permits via TradeNet  
Liaise with forwarders, airlines & couriers to ensure smooth and timely shipments 
Coordinate with internal teams for shipment arrangements 
Ensure compliance with trade regulations and documentation requirements  
Track shipments and resolve any issues or delays 
Perform ad hoc duties as assigned 
 Requirements  Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or equivalent 
Min 2 years of experience in air freight (import/export)  
Knowledge of air freight procedures, Incoterms & TradeNet  
Familiar with shipping documentation and compliance 
Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment 
DG handling experience is a plus
