As a Shipping Coordinator in Logistics, this position will manage a portfolio of shipping documentation, coordinating shipments and ensuring timely deliveries. This includes data entry, compliance with shipping regulations, collaboration with various stakeholders including Customer Service, Suppliers, Freight Forwarders and warehouse personnel.

Reporting to the Senior Supervisor, Logistics, this role is responsible for managing shipping documentation, coordinating shipments and ensuring timely deliveries. It involves data entry, compliance with shipping regulations, collaboration with various stakeholders including Customer Service, Suppliers, Freight Forwarders and warehouse personnel.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and file all shipping documents (D/O, Commercial Invoice, Packing List) for different types of shipments (Revenue Sales / Warranty Orders)
• Manage BOI Shipments approval and provide Advance Shipping documents
