            Job Description  Industry / Organization Type: Container Trucking Service Provider 
Position Title: Shipping Assistant 
Working Location: Central (Nearest MRT: Little India) 
Working Hours: 5 days (Monday to Friday: 9 am–6 pm) 
Salary Package: Up to SGD 2700 + AWS + Variable Bonus 
Duration: Permanent 
 Key Responsibilities  Manage all import/export documentation for sea and air freight, including the preparation of required shipping paperwork 
Prepare invoices, permits, and arrange cargo insurance as needed 
Liaise with clients for certificate applications and related documentation 
Coordinate with shipping lines and freight forwarders to arrange container transshipments and confirm vessel schedules for barge connections 
Submit Bill of Lading drafts to shipping lines or freight forwarders and print original Bills of Lading via online platforms
