i3 is hiring a Shipping and Receiving Coordinator to perform a variety of duties. This position will be located at an i3 Facility in Huntsville, AL .


Responsibilities


+ Use discretion and independent judgement while overseeing the shipping and receiving process for assigned location

+ Collaborate with internal programs in creating processes for specific inbound/outbound shipments based on program specific needs

+ Receive and distribute packages

+ Inspect incoming shipments for damage or defects

+ Verify packages according to order and invoices

+ Maintain documentation of all incoming and outgoing inventory

+ Determine the best method of packing products to ensure adequate product protection during transit

+ Coordinate with carriers or transportation services to schedule and load outgoing shipments
