Job description:

The work schedule is Monday thru Friday, 9:00 Am to 5:30 PM and overtime is routine.

• Label, pack, and loads items for shipment according to specifications.


• Process outbound order and inbound receipts according to SOP.


• Unload delivery vehicles and move items to the appropriate location.


• Prepare shipping documents according to SOP.


• Maintain records of all items received and shipped.


• Calculate surface, volumes, weights and dimensions of packaged equipment or components.


• Report customer feedback to management in a timely manner, including any signs or trends of customer dissatisfaction.


• Answer telephone calls and operate various types of office machines and computers necessary to perform duties.
