**Job Description:**

**Receiving Responsibilities**

+ Ability to follow all safety policies and procedures.

+ Receive and disburse orders as follows:
+ Receives items by unloading vehicles; accepting deliveries; unpacking containers.
+ With a high level of accuracy prepare paperwork to document receipt of incoming materials.
+ Check materials for damage.
+ Perform inventory move transactions in ERP
+ Compares identifying information and quantities on the packing slip against the purchase order, counts items for verification, and indicates discrepancies.
+ Maintains computerized inventory data records and paper files.
+ Notifies proper personnel of incoming materials on a priority basis.
+ Deliver and store materials to appropriate personnel/area.
+ Support company continual improvement initiatives.
