Overview A shipping brokerage firm headquartered in Singapore is seeking an Operations Manager to join its Tokyo office (Chiyoda-ku) during its start-up and expansion phase.This role will be responsible for shipping operations across Dry Cargo / Dry Bulk as well as tanker segments, covering freight calculations, vessel operations management, and post-fixture operational handling. Overall shipping operations management
Freight and cost calculations
Monitoring and management of vessel schedules and voyage operations
Post-fixture operations, including execution after charter contracts are concluded
Coordination and communication with shipowners, cargo owners, brokers, and related parties
Operational support for Dry Cargo / Dry Bulk and tanker-related transactions
