Basic Accountabilities

To assist the Store Supervisor/Manager in the following areas:

• Ensuring the strict implementation of Standard Operating Procedure.
• Informing his/her direct superiors in all matters relevant to the operations properly.
• Acting as a link between employees and management.
• Listening attentively to crew suggestions and complaints and taking prompt action whenever needed.
• Approve or reject employee requests in accordance with the set rules and regulations.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any business course.
• Previous experience in Food Service Industry is required.
• Willing to undergo training.
