Role – Shift Superintendent

Location – Scotland

Mint Selection are partnered with a leading offshore marine contractor to recruit experienced Shift Superintendents for an upcoming offshore campaign based in Scotland.

Scope of Work

Lead and oversee offshore operations during assigned shift periods, ensuring activities are executed safely, efficiently and in line with project procedures.

Coordinate marine and subsea activities onboard the vessel, acting as the focal point between offshore teams, vessel crew and client representatives during shift operations.

Oversee offshore operational activities relating to trenching and/or cable installation works, ensuring production targets, safety standards and project deliverables are achieved.

Work closely with the vessel bridge team, marine crew, subsea personnel and project stakeholders to coordinate vessel activities and operational priorities.
