Position Summary
Under the direction of Operations Manager, Gordon Ramsay Steak, the Shift Manager is a part of the management team responsible for managing front‑of‑house operations during their shift. The role ensures an exceptional dining experience from entry to departure, adherence to company policies, and a safe, welcoming work environment.
Key Accountabilities
- Oversee opening, running, and closing duties of the front‑of‑house team, ensuring all areas of the restaurant are ready for service and maintained throughout the shift.
- Lead the front‑of‑house team to create an exceptional fine‑dining experience for all guests.
- Welcome guests warmly, resolve enquiries and complaints effectively, ensuring every guest receives exceptional service from arrival to departure.
