Key Responsibilities
Ensure safe and efficient operation of boilers and utility systems during assigned shifts.
Monitor steam generation, boiler parameters, fuel consumption, and water quality.
Lead and supervise boiler operators and utility staff.
Coordinate maintenance activities and troubleshoot operational issues.
Maintain shift logs and ensure compliance with statutory, safety, and environmental regulations.
Support continuous improvement in utility efficiency and plant uptime.
Requirements
BOE Certification is mandatory.
7–10 years of experience in boiler and utility operations in a manufacturing/process industry.
Strong knowledge of boiler operations, safety standards, and utility management.
Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
