Hire Resolve’s client is urgently seeking the expertise of a SHEQ Manager in Centurion, GP.
Responsibilities: - Safety, Health, and Environmental (SHE):
- Plan, direct, and implement organizational SHEQ programs
- Manage, organise and report on the Industrial Division Safety team.
- Develop and implement safety policies and procedures compliant with OSHACT & The Mines & Safety Act
- Design and conduct training on workplace safety, fire prevention, and handling of hazardous materials
- Analyse industrial accident causes and health hazards
- Report on SHEQ performance, compliance, incidents, trends, and issues
- Manage key safety and environmental projects to achieve Zero Harm
- Develop and implement inspection policies, procedures, and schedules
