We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Staircasing & Income Officer, as you'll be known internally, to join our team, managing a varied caseload of staircasing, resale, remortgage and shared ownership transactions from instruction through to completion.

In this role, you’ll ensure all enquiries and leads are accurately recorded and progressed in a timely manner, taking ownership of your caseload and maintaining regular contact with stakeholders. You’ll work closely with customers, solicitors, valuers and mortgage advisors to deliver a smooth, efficient and professional service, providing clear guidance on leases, staircasing and resale processes while ensuring compliance is maintained at all times.
