Summary THIS IS A NATIONAL GUARD TITLE 5 EXCEPTED SERVICE POSITION. This National Guard position is for a SEXUAL ASSAULT RESPONSE COORDINATOR (SARC), Position Description Number PDT5921000 and is part of the Joint Force Headquarters, Wyoming National Guard. This position is in the Excepted Service under the authority of Title V, P.L. 114-328, and Sections 932 and 1084 (FY17 NDAA). This is a Title 5 Excepted Service position. Military affiliation is not required. Responsibilities This position is in the Wyoming Army National Guard's Joint Force Headquarters at the Brigade (BDE) level in a Congressionally mandated Independent Review Commission on Sexual Assault in the Military (IRC) funded position. The Sexual Assault Response Coordinator (SARC) is the single point of contact to coordinate response activities when a sexual assault is reported within their area of responsibility (AOR).
