Key Responsibilities
- Requirements Gathering & Documentation: Assist in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and functional requirements while identifying opportunities for process and system improvements.
- Feature Enhancement & Development: Support the implementation of new CRM features and system enhancements to improve servicing efficiency and user experience.
- Bug Investigation & Resolution: Assist in troubleshooting, investigating, and resolving system bugs, defects, and technical issues to ensure smooth platform performance.
