Sr Services Technician

Location: hybrid position in Pasig, Philippines.

About the role

The Senior technician role will be responsible for monitoring, administration, and break/fix support of client’s managed appliance. You will be responsible for maintaining the patch compliance of clients’ servers to ensure systems are protected against published vulnerabilities, mitigating operating system risks and enabling maximum system availability for clients’ business operations.

Responsibilities

• Advanced experience supporting Windows10/11 in enterprise environments
• Strong hands‑on experience with Microsoft365, including ExchangeOnline and MicrosoftEntra
• Proven hardware troubleshooting and break/fix experience for laptops, desktops, and peripherals
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook and Teams
