Role Overview

We are looking for a detail‑oriented ServiceNow Test Engineer with hands‑on experience in testing platform upgrades and enterprise modules such as ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM .

In this role, you will be responsible for validating ServiceNow platform changes, ensuring system stability during upgrades, and testing custom applications built on the Now Platform . This is an excellent opportunity to work on enterprise‑scale ServiceNow implementations and upgrade projects .

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive testing of ServiceNow version upgrades , ensuring minimal disruption and validating system stability
• Validate functionality and integration for key ServiceNow modules:
• ITSM (IT Service Management)
• ITOM (IT Operations Management)
