• Lead the delivery of ServiceNow projects (ITSM and ITOM Discovery modules) from initiation to completion
• Manage all aspects of project management and delivery for scope, timelines, budget, and resources through the full project lifecycle aligned to organization's project management process.
• Develop detailed project plans, define scope, milestones, and deliverables, and ensure adherence to governance frameworks and organizational standards.
• Work closely with ServiceNow developers, architects, and functional consultants to ensure solutions are aligned with best practices and platform capabilities.
• Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear communication, expectation management, and alignment between business and IT teams.
