Job Description:
8+ yearsβ experience with technical solution design and delivery of ServiceNow solutions
Minimum 5 yearsβ experience in IT Service Management, preferably in Finance institution,
Insurance industry, IT Shared Services or consulting firms.
Experience with ServiceNOW technologies, especially in ITSM/CMDB/ITOM/ITAM
ITIL V3/V4 Certification.
Certified as ServiceNow β System Administrator (CSA)
Certified as ServiceNow β Application Developer (CAD)
Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) β ITSM
CIS β Discovery, CIS β Service Mapping, CIS β Software Asset
Management, CIS β Hardware Asset Management will be a plus.
Familiar with CMDB design and operation
Experience in ITAM/ITOM module will be a plus
