About the Role
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow PSDS Developer to design, configure, and develop Customer Service Management (CSM) solutions on the ServiceNow platform. This role focuses on delivering scalable, high-quality service management capabilities that optimize case workflows, automate business processes, and enhance overall service delivery.
Key Responsibilitie
- Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow CSM solutions, including Case Management, Agent Workspace, and Service Portal
- Configure and customize workflows, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Flow Designer automations
- Develop and support integrations between ServiceNow and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub
