Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a ServiceNow Administrator with experience building workflows and optimizing the ServiceNow platforms. This person will configure and enhance ServiceNow modules to support business process. They will be responsible for managing the platform administration including user roles, access control and system configurations, in addition to upgrades and patches. They will also be troubleshooting any platform issues.
